Shipping Policy

At Crezio, we ensure safe, reliable, and fast delivery of your orders across India through trusted courier partners.


1. Shipping Partners

Crezio primarily uses Aramex as our main logistics partner for most shipments.

For locations not covered by Delhivery or for rural delivery areas, we may ship through alternative courier partners including:

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

  • XpressBees

  • Shree Tirupati Courier Services

Our priority is to ensure safe handling and timely delivery of your orders.


2. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email or SMS.

You can track your shipment using:

  • The tracking link provided in the shipment email

  • The courier partner's website using the tracking ID

Customers will receive order updates when:

  • Order is confirmed

  • Order is processed

  • Order is shipped

  • Order is out for delivery

  • Order is delivered

  • Shipment is delayed


3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times depend on your location.

Major Cities
Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

These cities include:

  • Bangalore

  • Chennai

  • Mumbai

  • Delhi

  • Pune

  • Hyderabad

  • Ahmedabad

  • Kolkata

  • Kochi

  • Jaipur

  • Lucknow

  • Surat

  • Nagpur

  • Mysore

  • Navi Mumbai

  • Greater Noida

  • Kanpur

  • Ludhiana

  • Tirupati

  • Vizag

  • Patna

Other Locations

For most other locations across India, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Once dispatched, you will receive courier partner details and tracking information via email or SMS.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed on the product page and checkout page.

The total amount paid during checkout includes:

  • Product Price

  • Applicable Shipping Charges

  • Taxes (if applicable)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • The same amount displayed during checkout will be collected at delivery.

  • No additional charges will be collected by the courier partner.


5. Order Marked “Out for Delivery” but Not Delivered

If your order status shows “Out for Delivery” but the package is not delivered within 24 hours, please:

  • Contact the courier partner directly, or

  • Contact Crezio customer support

Our team will follow up with the courier partner to ensure prompt delivery.


6. Wrong Address Delivery

If you discover that your order has been delivered to the wrong address, please contact us immediately.

Our team will:

  • Investigate with the courier partner

  • Provide updates and support until the issue is resolved


7. Delivery Delays

In some cases, deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Remote shipping locations

  • Courier operational issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disruptions or regional restrictions

Customers can track shipment status using the tracking number provided via email or SMS.

If there is no tracking update for more than 48 hours, please contact our customer support team.


8. Changing the Shipping Address

Shipping address changes are possible only before the order is packed or shipped.

You may request an address change by:

  • Contacting our customer support team immediately after placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

However, you may update your address for future orders in your account profile.


9. What is RTO (Return to Origin)?

Return to Origin (RTO) occurs when the courier company cannot deliver the package and sends it back to the sender.

This may happen due to:

  • Customer unavailable at delivery time

  • Address not traceable

  • Location outside courier delivery area

  • Payment not ready for COD order

  • Multiple delivery attempts failed

If an order is returned due to RTO, the customer may need to place a new order for delivery.
