Crezio Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

At Crezio, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you encounter any issues with your order, our return and replacement policy is designed to assist you quickly and efficiently.


1. Return Request Lifecycle

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.

However, in the following cases the request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Damaged Product

  • Missing Items / Accessories

  • Incorrect Product Delivered

Once the request is submitted and approved, the product will go through the return verification process before replacement or refund is initiated.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement request, please send an email to info@crezio.in with the following details:

Required Information

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Reason for Return / Replacement

  • Clear Images or Videos showing the issue

  • Invoice copy

  • Unboxing video (recommended for damaged or missing item claims)

Return Process Steps

  1. Send the return request email with all required details to info@crezio.in.

  2. Our support team will review the request and supporting documents.

  3. If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partner.

  4. If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

  5. Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected and verified by our team.

  6. After verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund depending on the issue and stock availability.

Replacement is subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


3. Conditions Eligible for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Product Delivered – Incorrect model, size, color, or item

  • Defective Product – Manufacturing defect or non-functioning product

  • Damaged Product – Physical damage during shipping

  • Missing Items – Missing parts or accessories in the package

  • Incorrect Quantity Delivered

  • Invoice or Warranty Card Missing (for electronics products)

Note: Products covered under manufacturer warranty may require service through the authorized service center.


4. Conditions Where Returns / Replacements Are Not Accepted

Return or replacement requests will not be accepted under the following situations:

  • Product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Product returned without original packaging

  • Missing price tags, labels, accessories, manuals, or product box

  • Serial number has been tampered or removed

  • Defective product reported after 7 days of delivery

  • Damaged or missing product reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Products purchased under special promotions or clearance sale where returns are restricted


5. Non-Returnable Categories

The following product categories are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Software or digital license keys

  • Downloadable products

  • Training content / E-learning materials

  • Music CDs / DVDs

  • Opened consumables


6. Return Pickup Guidelines

Once your return request is approved:

  • A pickup request will be scheduled through our courier partner.

  • Pickup details will be sent to your registered email.

Before handing over the package, please ensure:

  • Product is unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and labels remain intact

  • All accessories and manuals are included

  • Order number written clearly on the package

Recommended precautions:

  • Take photos or video while packing the product

  • Keep the courier receipt for tracking purposes


7. Self-Shipment (If Pickup is Not Available)

If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your address:

  • You may self-ship the product to the return address provided by our support team

  • Courier charges up to ₹500 will be reimbursed

To claim reimbursement:

  • Upload or email the courier receipt

  • Mention the order number on the package


8. Return for “No Longer Required”

If the product is no longer needed, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • Product is unopened

  • Packaging is sealed and intact

Applicable charges:

  • Restocking Fee: ₹300 or 25% of the order value (whichever is higher)

  • Return shipping charges borne by the customer

Opened or used products cannot be returned under this condition.


9. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers may need to contact the authorized service center of the brand.

Crezio support can assist in sharing service center details if required.


10. Return Shipping Charges

  • If pickup is arranged by Crezio, customers do not pay courier charges.

  • If self-shipped, courier charges up to ₹500 will be reimbursed upon submission of the courier receipt.


11. Return Shipment Tracking

Once the return pickup is completed:

  • Customers will receive tracking details within 24–48 hours.

  • Shipment can be tracked via the courier partner website.


12. Replacement Processing Time

Replacement or refund will be initiated within 2 working days after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.


13. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.

If a refund is requested:

  • A 3% payment gateway fee may be deducted

  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days


14. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before shipment

  • Product returned unopened and verified

  • Manufacturing defect reported within 24 hours of delivery

If a product is returned under “No Longer Required”, applicable restocking fees will be deducted.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.


Anti-Fraud & Security Tips

For your safety, please note:

  • Never share OTP, password, or card details with anyone.

  • Crezio will never ask you to transfer money to personal bank accounts.

  • Beware of fake websites, offers, or contests claiming to represent Crezio.

  • Crezio does not run lottery or cash reward schemes.
